CodeOrigins is a software company in Yerevan, Armenia, that builds AI chatbots for Telegram, WhatsApp and websites, AI assistants inside web and mobile apps, systems that read PDFs and emails into structured data, and integrations with CRM, 1C and accounting software. We have been building software since 2022 and have delivered more than 40 projects. Our AI work is in production: a Telegram bot that answers every user instantly, a logistics system that reads order PDFs so dispatchers no longer type them, and a mobile app that translates phone calls in real time.

AI chatbots for Telegram, WhatsApp and websites

We build AI bots that answer customers and users instantly, at any hour, and talk to many people at the same time. For one client we built an AI Telegram bot that answers users every day; before it, one person could not reply to everyone within 24 hours, and after launch the manual work dropped to zero. The bot works with user levels and groups, and comes with an admin panel where the client manages the bot and the AI and sees analytics. We delivered it two weeks ahead of the promised deadline. The same approach works for WhatsApp and for a chat widget on your website: the bot answers from your own content and rules and hands a conversation to a person when it should.

AI assistants inside web and mobile apps

An AI assistant can live inside your product, not only in a messenger. In Consulo, a doctor–patient platform, we built an AI assistant on Google Gemini that helps both patients and doctors. In another client's mobile app, AI answers a large share of customer messages automatically, so the support team handles only the cases that need a person. We connect the assistant to your data, limit what it is allowed to say, and log its answers so you can review them.

Automatic document processing: PDFs, scans and emails

CargoFlow, a system we built for a logistics company, reads PDF orders straight from email, including scanned documents through OCR (text recognition from images). For every extracted value it stores where it came from and how confident the system is, flags duplicates and uncertain values for a person to check, links each order to drivers and vehicles, calculates routes and driver pay, produces Excel reports and keeps an audit log of every change. Dispatchers no longer type orders by hand. We build the same kind of pipeline for invoices, contracts, applications and any other documents that arrive in your inbox.

CRM, 1C and accounting integrations, workflow automation

Automation pays off when systems talk to each other. We connect your website, apps, bots, CRM, 1C and accounting software so a record entered once appears everywhere it is needed. For ProMobile, a retail chain with more than 100 stores, we built one app used by over 200 employees every day, integrated with 1C, with staff check-in and check-out, real-time chat and calls. We also automate approvals, notifications, reports and hand-offs between departments, so routine steps run without someone pushing them.

Real-time AI voice and translation, with control in your hands

For one client we built a mobile app with real-time AI call translation: each person speaks their own language, and the listener hears it instantly in the language they chose, so the conversation needs no interpreter. Every AI feature we deliver comes with an admin panel: you change the AI's instructions and content, see what it answered, and follow usage and results in analytics. The AI stays a tool your team controls, not a black box.
