Hire Dedicated Developers for Your Team

Experienced engineers who work inside your process, not alongside it.

When the project exists and the plan is clear but you are short of hands, outsourcing the whole thing is overkill. What you need is a developer who joins your team and works to your priorities. CodeOrigins has been supplying exactly that since 2022: dedicated engineers on a monthly basis, reporting to your management rather than ours.

You run the final interview and decide who joins. We handle salary, taxes, hardware, holiday cover and replacement if something does not work out. You only have to handle the tasks.

How we vet engineers

Every candidate passes three stages: a technical interview with one of our senior engineers, a practical task on real code, and a communication check in English or Russian. We test not only knowledge of the stack but how a person handles an ambiguous requirement, whether they go quiet or ask the question. You then receive two or three CVs with real project descriptions and our internal assessment, and you run the final interview yourself. Rejecting candidates is normal; we send the next ones at no extra cost.

How fast we can staff you

For mainstream stacks such as Laravel, PHP, Vue, React, Node.js and Flutter we present candidates within three to five working days, because those engineers are already on our team. For narrower requirements such as DevOps, data engineering or specific domain experience, expect two to three weeks, since an external search stage is added. Between the interview and the first commit there are usually two to four days for access and onboarding. We tell you the realistic timeline up front rather than promising tomorrow.

How the developer integrates with your team

The engineer joins your working environment: your Slack or Teams, your Jira or Linear, your Git repository. They attend your daily standups, follow your coding standards and your code review rules. Working hours are aligned to your timezone. Yerevan runs two to three hours ahead of Western Europe and eight to nine hours ahead of the US East Coast, which leaves a solid daily overlap in either direction. If you prefer an office setting, the engineer can work from our Yerevan office at 65 Orbeli St.

Who manages the developer

You set the tasks. The engineer reports to your lead or project manager exactly like any other member of your team. On our side they are assigned a technical lead who watches code quality and is available for consultation, but who does not interfere with your priorities. If you also need management, we can provide a full team with its own project manager, though at that point the model becomes outsourcing rather than outstaffing. If performance becomes an issue, we replace the engineer within two weeks.

How we work

01

Define the role

We agree the stack, seniority, workload and timezone, and write the role description within a day.

02

Candidate shortlist

You receive two or three CVs with project examples and our internal assessment, plus code samples on request.

03

Your interview

You speak to the candidates directly and set your own technical task. The hiring decision is entirely yours.

04

Onboarding and work

We sign the contract, the engineer gets access to your tools and starts. The first month runs as a trial period.

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can you staff my team?

For Laravel, Vue, React, Node.js and Flutter we present candidates in three to five working days and start work within five to ten days overall. Narrower roles such as DevOps or data engineering can take two to three weeks.

Can I choose the developer myself?

Yes, and we recommend it. We send two or three candidates, you run your own technical interview and set your own task. If none of them fit, we send further candidates at no additional charge.

What is the minimum engagement?

One month, either full time at forty hours a week or part time at twenty. The first month works as a trial: if the engineer is not a fit, you can stop or request a replacement without a penalty.

What if the developer takes holiday or falls ill?

Holidays are agreed with you at least two weeks in advance. For short absences a second engineer familiar with your project picks up the tasks; for longer ones we supply a temporary replacement. You are not billed for days not worked.

How is our code and data protected?

We sign an NDA at company level and separately with each engineer. Work happens in your repository under access you grant and can revoke at any moment. We keep no copies of your codebase on our side.

What seniority levels do you offer?

Mostly middle and senior engineers with four or more years of commercial experience. We propose a junior only when you specifically ask for one for routine, repetitive work, and always under senior supervision and review.
