We start from a description of how your business actually runs, not from a feature list. The first working version ships in 8–10 weeks so your team can use the system long before it is finished, and every correction after that is based on real usage rather than assumptions.
CRM and sales management
Off-the-shelf CRMs force a business to adapt to their logic. A custom CRM is built around your funnel, with your stages, your fields and your commission formulas. We add automatic lead distribution between managers, a full history of calls and emails, task reminders, and a management dashboard driven by real numbers rather than manual reports. We connect telephony, WhatsApp and Telegram so client communication lives in the company system instead of on personal phones that walk out the door when someone leaves.
ERP and process automation
On the ERP side we automate what currently moves by hand: order to delivery, purchase to payment. We build approval chains that route a document to the right person automatically, and hard blocks that prevent an order being confirmed against stock you do not have. We add warehouse accounting, production stage tracking and cost price calculation. Every action is written to an audit log, so at any point it is clear who changed what and when, which matters the moment numbers stop agreeing.
Integration with 1C and external systems
A new system should not be an island. We set up data exchange with 1C and ArmSoft covering counterparties, products, stock levels and invoices. We connect bank statement import, electronic document flow, SMS and email services. If your team already relies on Bitrix24 or another tool they genuinely like, we do not replace it, we connect it over API. Every integration is documented, so any developer who comes after us can extend it without reverse-engineering the whole thing.
How we work and what you get
The first stage produces a technical specification with process diagrams and a screen inventory, and that document is yours whether or not you continue with us. After that we work in two-week iterations, each ending in a demo of working functionality. The code belongs to you: we hand over the Git repository, the database schema and deployment instructions. A 12-month warranty applies after handover, and further development can continue under a monthly agreement.

Why custom software instead of a ready-made CRM?
Ready-made systems are cheaper to start but force your process to match theirs and charge monthly per user. Custom software mirrors your own logic, belongs to you outright, and has no per-seat limit as the team grows.
How long does development take?
A first working version takes 8–10 weeks. A full ERP takes four to seven months depending on how many departments it covers. Because we work in iterations, your team starts using the system well before every feature is complete.
Will you integrate with our 1C?
Yes. We set up data exchange with 1C and ArmSoft covering counterparties, products, stock and invoices. The direction and frequency of exchange are decided during analysis, based on what your accounting department actually needs.
Who owns the code afterwards?
You do. We hand over the Git repository, database schema, deployment instructions and technical documentation. You can continue development with any other team at any point without depending on us for access.

Yes, provided you have the source code. We start with a technical audit covering code quality, security and the scale of modernisation needed, then present two options: extend what exists, or rewrite it module by module without stopping operations.
