The institution wanted to invite lecturers from different countries, but language was a barrier. Hiring interpreters was expensive, slowed the lesson down and was not possible for every lesson. Interpreters are no longer needed. Lecturers and students from different countries work together in one online classroom.

For a school we built a system that makes the timetables by itself, distributes lessons between teachers, classes and hours, and keeps the shared schedule free of clashes. The same features are available in both a Telegram bot and a website.

The timetable was made by hand. It had to take into account teachers' hours, classes, classrooms and the number of lessons per subject. One change often broke the whole schedule, and everything had to be checked again. The timetable is built automatically, not by hand. Clashes and errors are ruled out already while the timetable is being built.

Many customers wrote to the company every day with questions about prices, addresses and terms. One person could not answer everyone, so a customer waited up to 24 hours for a reply. In that time they often went to another agency. Answers come instantly; before, it took up to 24 hours. Manual work on replies dropped to zero. The project was delivered 2 weeks ahead of schedule.

One system that turns every repair request into an assigned, tracked and completed job

A car repair business with a mobile team had to turn requests from private and business customers, each with photos, car data, location and preferred date, into scheduled jobs across several employees, and every status change had to reach the right person at once. The system had to work on iOS and Android, for guests without an account too, store data in the EU, allow account deletion in the app and pass Apple's review fast. The hard part was four roles with different permissions enforced in the database, real-time push through APNs and FCM, a shared multi-employee calendar, one-time-code invites, photo handling and store compliance. Scattered requests became one flow: a customer books, the owner assigns, the employee completes, and everyone is notified. The app went from first design to App Store approval in about two and a half weeks, after a full real-device test that produced 47 fixes before release.

Connecting doctors and patients across clinics, time zones and platforms

Doctors work across several clinics, while patients need a single place for appointments, prescriptions, health indicators and contact with their doctor. Engineering this meant reconciling multi-clinic schedules in different time zones, handling sensitive medical data securely and supporting multiple roles across iOS, Android and web in three languages. Doctors and patients share one platform for the entire course of treatment, from booking to prescription and indicator tracking. Doctors spend less time on calls and paperwork, and patients stay connected throughout treatment.

Turning a stream of emailed PDFs into structured, auditable operations data

A Russian freight company received orders by email from many customers in different formats, and dispatchers typed each one in by hand, which was slow and error-prone. The technical difficulty lay in reliably extracting data from inconsistent layouts, including scanned documents, while guaranteeing that no order is lost or recorded twice. Dispatchers no longer enter orders manually: the system reads, checks and prepares them for calculation and reporting. Management gains a clear, real-time view of transport operations and finances.

Digitising the full journey from registration to entry for 20,000 participants

MedMeet is one of Armenia's largest healthcare expos, attended by thousands of doctors, exhibitors and visitors. It needed one system for registration, tickets, programme, partners and entry control that works without queues under heavy flow. The system was designed for 20,000 participants and 60,000 QR scans. ProMobile runs a retail chain of more than 100 stores. Customer orders, branch stock and employee tasks lived in separate systems, and internal communication was split across different messengers. One product had to serve both customers and staff, enforce access for more than 15 roles, and deliver chat messages in real time to people who depend on it all day. 1001 Manruq, a building materials and household goods retailer, needed customers to shop and earn rewards from their phones while every product, order and record stayed consistent with the company's 1C system. A loyalty program is only credible if points are credited reliably at the counter, and a mobile catalogue is only useful if prices and stock match the back office. Both had to work on iOS and Android from a single codebase.
