E-commerce Development
Online stores with real payments, real stock levels and a checkout built to convert.
CodeOrigins has been building online stores for Armenian and international brands since 2022. We treat an e-commerce project as a sales instrument rather than a catalogue: every decision, from filter logic to the number of checkout steps, is made against conversion rate rather than taste.
Your store ships with working payment gateways, calculated delivery and inventory integration. From the admin panel you manage products, stock, discounts and orders yourself, without going back to a developer each time something changes.
Payment gateways and delivery
We integrate local Armenian rails including ArCa, Idram and Telcell, plus bank acquiring through Ameriabank and Inecobank. For cross-border sales we add Stripe and PayPal with multi-currency pricing and automatic exchange rates. On the logistics side we configure zone-based shipping rates, pickup points and courier service APIs so the customer sees the exact total while still in the cart. Every transaction runs through 3D-Secure and payment status returns to the store via webhook, so nobody on your team has to reconcile payments by hand.
Catalogue, filters and search
A catalogue with thousands of SKUs will not stay fast on plain database queries. We build a proper attribute system for colour, size and brand, then faceted filters on top of it that respond instantly. For search we use Meilisearch or Elasticsearch with typo tolerance and support for Armenian, Russian and English queries. Product variants are modelled so that forty sizes of one item do not become forty separate product cards competing with each other and diluting your SEO.
Inventory sync and accounting
Most lost orders come from wrong stock numbers. We set up two-way synchronisation with 1C, ArmSoft or whatever accounting system you already run, covering products, prices and stock levels, refreshed every five to fifteen minutes. If you have several stores or warehouses we show availability per location. Excel and CSV import stays available as a fallback for bulk updates. Orders travel in the opposite direction, landing automatically in your accounting software and CRM without manual re-entry.
Checkout and conversion
More than half of the people who reach the cart are lost in the final steps. We compress checkout onto a single page, allow guest ordering, persist abandoned carts and bring shoppers back with an automated email. We add address autocomplete, delivery date selection and remembered payment preferences. After launch we install GA4 ecommerce events and the Meta Pixel so you can see exactly which step is losing money instead of guessing at it from monthly revenue totals.
How we work
Catalogue audit
We map your product structure, attributes and the source of truth for stock, then design the data model before any interface work.
UX and design
We prototype the catalogue, product card and checkout flow, then produce visual design and sign it off with you.
Build and integrations
We build the store and connect payments, delivery and inventory sync, showing progress in weekly demos.
Test transactions and launch
We run real test purchases through every payment method, configure analytics and deploy to your domain.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which payment gateways can you integrate?
In Armenia: ArCa, Idram, Telcell and bank acquiring via Ameriabank or Inecobank. For international sales: Stripe and PayPal with multi-currency support. Every transaction passes through 3D-Secure, and card details are never stored on your own server.
Can you connect the store to 1C?
Yes. We configure two-way sync: products, prices and stock come from 1C, and orders flow back into your accounting system. Refresh frequency is set to match your volume, typically every five to fifteen minutes, so the site never shows stock you do not have.
How long does an online store take to build?
A standard store takes 6–10 weeks. The timeline depends heavily on integrations: inventory sync and multiple payment gateways add one to two weeks. Marketplace-type platforms with several independent sellers need 12–16 weeks.
How many products can the system handle?
We design the architecture for tens of thousands of SKUs. Search and filtering run on a dedicated indexing engine, which keeps faceted filters responding in fractions of a second regardless of how large the catalogue grows.
How do you improve conversion rate?
We shorten checkout to a single page, enable guest purchase, persist abandoned carts and recover them with automated email. After launch we enable GA4 ecommerce events so you can see real funnel numbers at every step rather than only final revenue.
Can I add products and discounts myself?
Yes. The admin panel covers products, attributes, stock, promo codes and campaigns. Bulk changes can be made through Excel or CSV import. We run a training session for your team at handover so nobody depends on us for daily operations.
