API Integrations
Connecting your website, CRM, accounting and payments into one working chain.
When an order arrives on your website, gets copied into the CRM by hand, then typed into accounting by hand, and the tracking number is read out over the phone, that is not a business process — it is a source of errors. CodeOrigins has been connecting these systems since 2022 so that data moves on its own, without duplicate entry.
Integration work rarely starts from a blank page. We study the systems you already run, what their APIs actually allow, and where the limits are, then design the exchange logic including error handling, retries and reconciliation before writing any code.
Payment gateway integration
We connect Armenian bank acquiring — ArCa, Ameriabank, Inecobank — along with the Idram and Telcell wallets. For international projects we work with Stripe and PayPal, including recurring subscriptions and saved cards. The integration covers far more than the checkout page: correct callback handling, refunds, protection against double charges, and reconciliation of transactions against your orders. Every payment integration is tested end to end in the provider sandbox before it goes anywhere near live money.
CRM and accounting synchronisation
Bitrix24, Zoho CRM, HubSpot and amoCRM are the systems we work with most often. A form submitted on your site becomes a lead automatically, tagged with the correct source, assigned owner and pipeline stage. With 1C we set up two-way exchange: products, prices and stock levels flow out of 1C, while orders flow back into it. Synchronisation runs either on a schedule or event by event, depending on your order volume and how fresh the data has to be.
Delivery and logistics providers
Delivery is the most visible integration to your customer: they want the shipping cost before they confirm the order, and tracking afterwards. We connect carrier APIs for automatic rate calculation by weight and destination, label generation, tracking number retrieval, and automatic status updates sent to the customer by SMS, email or Telegram. Which carriers make sense depends on your market, and we work with both local Armenian operators and international logistics providers.
Webhooks, queues and reliability
The hard part of integration is what happens when the other system does not answer. We build every integration on background queues: a failed request is retried with increasing delays, no order is silently lost, and an operator gets notified. Incoming webhook endpoints are protected by signature verification and idempotency checks so duplicate deliveries cannot create duplicate orders. Every exchange is logged, so any disputed transaction can be reconstructed step by step months later.
How we work
System audit
We review the systems you already run and their API documentation, and assess the real limits of each one.
Exchange design
We define what data moves, in which direction, at what moment, and exactly how failures are handled.
Build in sandbox
The integration is built and verified in test environments, with no risk to real money or real customer orders.
Go live and monitor
We switch to production, enable failure alerting, and watch the first week of traffic closely before handover.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you connect our website to 1C?
Yes. We set up automatic exchange of products, prices, stock levels and orders. The scope depends on your 1C configuration and whether it already exposes an API, which is exactly what we establish during the first days of the audit.
What happens if an external service goes down?
The request is not lost. It stays in the queue and retries automatically with increasing delays. If it still fails after several attempts, the system alerts the responsible person and the data can be resent manually from the admin panel.
How long does one integration take?
A standard payment gateway takes three to seven working days. Full two-way CRM synchronisation takes two to four weeks. 1C is the longest at three to six weeks, because it almost always requires work on the 1C side as well as ours.
What if the service has no public API?
We look for alternatives: scheduled file exchange, parsing reports that arrive by email, or negotiating access directly with the vendor. If genuinely no route exists, we tell you that before the contract rather than after taking your money.
Is payment integration secure?
Card data never touches your server. Payment happens on the bank or provider page, or through their protected hosted form. We store only the transaction identifier and status, which sharply reduces both your risk and your compliance burden.
Do we get documentation?
Yes. Handover includes the exchange diagram, endpoint descriptions, the list of error codes and an instruction sheet for typical failures. That lets your own team resolve everyday questions without opening a support ticket with us.
