CodeOrigins is a software company in Yerevan, Armenia. We add AI to existing and new websites and mobile apps: an assistant trained on your company data, search that understands meaning, reading of PDF, Word and scanned documents, and recommendations for your users. If you need it, your data stays private. We have been building software since 2022 and have delivered more than 40 projects.

You do not need to rebuild your product to get AI in it. We look at what you have, find the place where AI saves your team or your customers the most time, and connect it to your existing data. Every project has a fixed price and deadline in the contract, and you pay after you accept the work.

An AI assistant trained on your company data

The assistant answers from your own materials: products, prices, instructions, contracts, a knowledge base, an archive of past requests. It lives inside your website or app, so users get an answer without calling support. We limit what it is allowed to talk about, keep a log of its answers so you can review them, and give you an admin panel where you change its instructions and content. When the assistant cannot answer, it hands the question to a person.

Smart search that understands meaning

A normal search finds only the exact words a user typed. Smart (semantic) search understands what the user means: it finds a result when the user writes a synonym, makes a spelling mistake or asks a full question like "which tariff is cheaper for two people". It works over your catalogue, articles, documents and help pages, and it works in Armenian, Russian and English. We test it on real queries from your users before launch.

Reading documents: PDF, Word and scans

AI can read PDF and Word files and scanned pages (through OCR, text recognition from images), pull out the fields you need, such as dates, amounts, names and order numbers, write a short summary, and answer questions about the content of a document. In CargoFlow, a system for a freight company, we built automatic reading of PDF orders from email, so dispatchers no longer type them by hand. Uncertain values are marked for a person to check instead of going into your database unchecked.

Recommendations

Based on what a user has viewed, bought or asked, the app can suggest products, articles, services or next steps. We start with simple, explainable rules and add AI where it makes recommendations better, so you can always see why something was suggested.

Your data stays private

Whether your data may leave your systems is your decision. We build access controls so that each user sees only what they are allowed to see, and the assistant never shows one customer another customer's data. Where possible, the data and the AI components stay in your own systems or on a server you control, and only the pieces that are really needed go to an AI provider. For sensitive projects we sign an NDA before we see any data.

Work we have already delivered

For one client we built an AI Telegram bot that now answers every user instantly and many users at once; a person used to need up to 24 hours, and after the launch manual work dropped to zero. CargoFlow reads PDF orders from email automatically. For another client we built a mobile app where each person speaks their own language on a call and the other person hears it translated in real time. These are AI features working in production, not demonstrations.

Price and timelines

Adding AI to an existing website or app takes 2–4 weeks and costs 400,000–1,200,000 AMD. A new website with an AI assistant takes 3–6 weeks and costs 900,000–3,500,000 AMD. A simple new app with AI takes 4–6 weeks and costs 1,800,000–3,500,000 AMD. The exact price depends on what the AI must do and how ready your data is; we fix it in writing after a free estimate. AI usage fees (for example the OpenAI API) are paid by you directly to the provider, separately from development.

Our terms

The price and deadline are fixed in the contract, and you pay after the work is accepted. Design revisions are unlimited. At handover you receive full technical documentation and the source code, and the code belongs to you. We sign an NDA on request and follow international development standards. Every project comes with a warranty and can stay under our maintenance for years.
