CodeOrigins is a software company in Yerevan, Armenia, that builds AI chatbots for Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and websites. The bot answers customer questions in Armenian, Russian and English, uses your own knowledge base (prices, catalogue, frequent questions, PDF files), passes leads to your CRM and hands the conversation to a live person when it should. We have been building software since 2022 and have delivered more than 40 projects.

Customers write at night, at weekends and on holidays, and they do not like to wait. A good bot gives the right answer at that moment, and your staff work only on the questions that really need a person. Every project has a fixed price and deadline in the contract, and you pay after you accept the work.

Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and website chat

We build the bot for the channel where your customers already write: Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram direct messages or a chat widget on your website. One bot can work in several channels at once and keep the same answers everywhere. A simple bot starts with one channel; more channels can be added later without rebuilding it.

Answers from your own knowledge base

The bot does not guess. We load your prices, catalogue, frequent questions, rules and PDF documents into its knowledge base, and it answers from them. When the answer is not in your data, the bot says so and passes the question to a person instead of inventing something. You update the knowledge base yourself in the admin panel, so a new price or a new rule appears in the answers the same day.

Armenian, Russian and English

The bot understands the language the customer writes in and answers in the same language: Armenian, Russian or English. We check the answers on real customer messages in each language before launch, because the quality of Armenian text is what customers notice first.

Leads, CRM and hand-over to a person

When a customer leaves a name, phone number or request, the bot saves it as a lead and sends it to your CRM or to a manager in a messenger. When the customer asks for a person, or the question is too complex, the bot hands the whole conversation over to your staff together with its history, so nobody asks the customer to repeat everything.

Admin panel with conversation history and analytics

Every bot comes with an admin panel. You read the conversations, see which questions come up most often and where the bot could not answer, edit the knowledge base and change the bot's instructions. The analytics show how many people wrote, how many leads came in and how many conversations were handed to staff. The bot stays a tool your team controls.

Work we have already delivered

For one client we built an AI Telegram bot that now answers every user instantly and many users at once. A person used to need up to 24 hours to reply to everyone; after the launch, manual work dropped to zero. The bot has user levels and groups and an admin panel with analytics, and it was delivered two weeks before the deadline. In CargoFlow, a system for a freight company, we built automatic reading of PDF orders from email, so dispatchers no longer type orders by hand. For another client we built a mobile app where each person speaks their own language on a call and the other person hears it translated, in real time.

Price and timelines

A simple bot (answers to frequent questions, one channel) takes 1–2 weeks and costs 300,000–600,000 AMD. A full bot (knowledge base, admin panel, CRM, hand-over to a person, several channels) takes 2–3 weeks and costs 600,000–1,200,000 AMD. The exact price depends on the number of channels, integrations and how ready your data is; we fix it in writing after a free estimate. AI usage fees and WhatsApp or Meta message fees are paid by you directly to the provider, separately from development.

Our terms

The price and deadline are fixed in the contract, and you pay after the work is accepted. Design revisions are unlimited. At handover you receive full technical documentation and the source code, and the code belongs to you. We sign an NDA on request and follow international development standards. Every project comes with a warranty and can stay under our maintenance for years.

Will the chatbot answer in Armenian?

You do, directly to the provider. AI usage (for example the OpenAI API) and WhatsApp or Meta message fees are separate from the cost of development.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. At handover you receive the source code and full technical documentation, and the code belongs to you. The knowledge base and the conversations are your data, and we sign an NDA on request.
