Business Process Automation

Orders, invoices, reports and customer records handled by one system instead of spreadsheets, email and manual typing. Price and deadline are fixed in the contract.

CodeOrigins is a software company in Yerevan, Armenia, that automates the routine work of businesses. We bring orders from your website, email, Telegram and phone into one system, create and send invoices automatically, build daily and weekly reports without a person copying numbers, and set up a CRM that fits how your team really works. We have been building software since 2022 and have delivered more than 40 projects.

In many companies the same data is typed three times: into an email reply, into a spreadsheet and into an invoice. Each retyping costs time and creates mistakes. We replace that chain with one system where a record is entered once, or read automatically from a PDF or an email, and then appears everywhere it is needed. Every project has a fixed price and deadline in the contract, and you pay after you accept the work.

Orders from every channel in one place

Customers send orders from your website, by email, in Telegram and by phone. We collect them in one system, so nothing is lost in a chat or an inbox and every order has a status that your whole team can see. When an order arrives as a PDF or inside an email, the system can read it and fill in the fields for you.

Invoices created and sent automatically

When an order is confirmed or a job is done, the system creates the invoice with the right amounts and sends it to the customer by email or messenger. It can also remind the customer when payment is late. Nobody retypes data into an invoice template, and the invoice always matches the order.

Reports built without a person

Daily and weekly sales, debts, payments and any other figures you review are collected and calculated by the system and delivered to you as a page, a file or a message in Telegram or email. You open the report and the numbers are already there, instead of waiting for someone to prepare them at the end of the week.

CRM: custom or connected to what you have

A CRM keeps customers, their orders, calls and agreements in one place. We can build a simple CRM exactly for your process, or connect your orders and customers to a CRM you already use. Reminders and notifications go out in Telegram or email, so follow-ups are not forgotten.

Staff roles and permissions

Not every employee should see everything. We set up roles: a manager sees orders and customers, an accountant sees invoices and payments, an owner sees all reports. Every important change is recorded, so you can always see who changed what and when.

Connection to systems you already use

We connect the new system through an API (a way for programs to exchange data) to the tools you already have, for example 1C, Bitrix24, Google Sheets, online banking or payment systems. A record then does not need to be entered twice. Which systems can be connected depends on the API they offer, and we check this during the free estimate.

Ready-made 1C or Bitrix24, or a system built for your business

Ready-made systems such as 1C and Bitrix24 fit standard processes well, and for many companies they are the right choice. When your business has its own way of working, a custom system fits it exactly, and the code belongs to you. We can also connect custom parts to an existing 1C or Bitrix24, so you keep what works and automate only what does not. We tell you honestly which option is cheaper and better for your case.

Work we have already delivered

CargoFlow is a system we built for a freight company. It reads PDF orders from email automatically and calculates which cargo goes from where to where and when. It also calculates who must receive what amount and when and how much the company must transfer, and it sends invoices automatically to the companies that must pay. Work that used to take about 10 manual steps now happens instantly. For a school we built a timetable system, a Telegram bot with a website, that builds timetables automatically without overlaps.

Price and timelines

Automation of one process (for example automatic invoices, reports, or orders into Google Sheets, Telegram or email) takes 1–2 weeks and costs from 150,000 AMD. A CRM with integrations (orders, a customer base and a connection to your existing systems) takes 2–4 weeks and costs from 400,000 AMD. A full custom system (orders, invoices, reports, CRM, roles and an admin panel, like CargoFlow) takes 4–8 weeks and costs from 1,000,000 AMD. We give the exact price after a free estimate in 2–3 days and fix it in the contract. Subscription fees of third-party systems, such as Bitrix24 or 1C licences, are paid by you separately.

Our terms

The price and deadline are fixed in the contract, and you pay after the work is accepted. At handover you receive full technical documentation and the source code, and the code belongs to you. We sign an NDA on request and follow international development standards. Every project comes with a warranty and can stay under our maintenance for years.

  6. Quality and free support after launch

We follow international development standards, guarantee the quality and speed of the result, and support every project free of charge after launch, for the period set in the contract.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does business automation cost?

Automation of one process costs from 150,000 AMD, a CRM with integrations from 400,000 AMD and a full custom system from 1,000,000 AMD. The exact price is fixed in the contract after a free estimate, and you pay after you accept the work.

How long does it take?

One automated process takes 1–2 weeks, a CRM with integrations 2–4 weeks and a full custom system 4–8 weeks. We give the exact timeline in the free estimate, which takes 2–3 days.

Is a ready-made 1C or Bitrix24 better than a custom system?

It depends on your process. Ready-made systems fit standard processes and are often cheaper to start. When your business works in its own way, a custom system fits it exactly and the code belongs to you. We tell you honestly which one suits you, and we can combine them.

Can you connect to our existing 1C, Bitrix24 or Google Sheets?

Yes, we can connect through an API to 1C, Bitrix24, Google Sheets, online banking and payment systems, as long as they offer a way to exchange data. We check this during the free estimate. Subscription fees and licences of those systems are paid by you.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. At handover you receive the source code and full technical documentation, and the code belongs to you. Your orders, customers and documents are your data, and we sign an NDA on request.

Do our employees need training?

Yes, a short one, and it is part of the project. We train your team on real tasks and hand over written documentation, so a new employee can learn the system without us.
