Ready-made CRM or a custom system
Short answer

A ready-made CRM (for example Bitrix24 or amoCRM) fits when your workflow is standard and you are ready to adapt to the software. But you pay for every employee every month, use only a small part of the features, and your own processes do not fit into the software. A custom system is written in clean code for your workflow: it contains only what your team needs and connects to your website, warehouse and accounting.

What problems a ready-made CRM causes over time

  • As the team grows, monthly fees become a real expense.
  • Employees work around the software and go back to Excel, because it does not match the real work.
  • A needed integration is not available or requires an extra paid module.

Why we build custom systems

A good system speeds up the team's work, a bad one slows it down. We first study how your team works, and then write a clean-code system that matches that work.

From our experience

For ProMobile we built a system that brings sales, branch warehouses, employee tasks and internal chat into one place. More than 200 employees work in it every day.
