The challenge
Thousands of doctors, exhibitors and visitors attend the event. One system was needed for registration, tickets, the programme, partners and entry control — one that works without queues even under heavy flow.
Our solution
- A website with the programme, partners, registration and three languages.
- A mobile app with an electronic ticket, a QR code and notifications.
- An entry system with QR-code scanning at the doors.
- Notifications with pictures, scheduled and repeating sends, plus statistics on who opened each notification.
- An admin panel where the organisers change partners, texts and ordering themselves.
The result
The whole path from registration to entry is digital. A participant registers on the website, gets the ticket in the app, and at the door only needs to show the QR code.
